Hi, Roger we met in the CI Chicargo conference in May - just to say this is very good (as was your talk) and it's very helpful to see a RE perspective explained in such a succinct and easily accessible manner. Thank you( both of you) for taking the time to post it.

While I didn't attend the conference, I followed closely on Twitter & this blog. The insight about inviting a patient to speak to the CTCA Board was tweeted many times. It got me thinking, so I posted a blog about it here: http://www.360connext.com/and-now-a-word-from-our-customer/
