  • Areas of interest: I manage a customer research program for a global financial services organization. My key responsibility is to provide insight into customer opinions and work closely with leaders at all levels of the organization to develop programs to find, acquire and retain customers. I introduced Net Promoter to the corporation in 2006 as part of a move towards greater customer centricity. In addition, to NPS I helped implement customer service standards across the organization to improve customer experience. I completed the Certified Net Promoter Associate training in 2009.
