Exploring the Relationship between Net Promoter and Word of Mouth in the Computer Hardware Industry

This Satmetrix white paper looks at high tech, B2C computer manufacturers in an effort to better understand the link between customer loyalty and behaviors which contribute to financial success.

Specifically, Satmetrix examines customer Word of Mouth behaviors - the naturally occurring tendency to share exceptionally positive (or negative) brand experiences with others - and quantifies its place in the larger economic picture that links loyalty with growth.
