Paul has over 10 years of experience in customer experience consulting to large and medium sized companies across nearly all sectors, both domestically and internationally. His expertise lies in helping companies really understand what matters to their customers, and enabling them to use these insights to improve business performance. Paul holds an MBA from the University of London and an Honours BA from Western University in Canada.
