Oriflame launched its NPS program 2014 with the aim to improve Customer Experience, increase consultant lifetime value and drive global change. Andreas will give an overview of Oriflame’s NPS program with focus on how to understand an independent sales force to drive global change. He will also present key learnings from launching a global NPS program, initial findings regarding financial linkages and planned next steps.

Andreas is responsible for Customer Experience globally at Oriflame cosmetics (www.oriflame.com). Oriflame is a beauty company selling direct in more than 60 countries. Its wide product portfolio is marketed through over 3 million independent Oriflame Consultants, generating annual sales of €1.5 billion. Andreas has been leading teams more than 15 years in 35+ markets in Americas, EMEA and Asia within customer experience, supply chain and operations. He holds a Master Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School. Andreas leads Customer Experience globally at Oriflame Cosmetics with NPS as key measurement to drive change and improve consultant lifetime value. Andreas is recently married to Magda.
