About Richard Beevers

Richard Beevers is Managing Director of award winning consultancy Customer Plus. Richard was formerly Marketing and HR Director of Capita Symonds, a leading property and engineering consultancy with 3,000 people and revenues of £350m. He now advises businesses such as Ericsson, Ford and Scania as well as public sector players including Birmingham City Council, theGLA and Warwick University. Richard is a Non-Executive Director of Gentoo Group and aVisiting Lecturer at Nottingham Business School.
